About Amanda
Amanda is a curious person who loves learning about how foods and different lifestyles can help nourish our bodies.
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and I created The Holistic Flock to share my knowledge and support others in adopting a better way of living.
Half of my heart resides in the kitchen, while the other half finds solace in nature. I adore cooking and experimenting with different ingredients. I also appreciate connecting with myself in the wilderness, where I can nourish and feel whole.
Discovering Holistic Nutrition as my path led me to my own truth. Since embarking on this journey, I have explored a new world and committed to self-improvement.
I am passionate about sharing this knowledge, and I am driven by the belief that holistic nutrition is essential in fostering vitality and balance in people’s lives. It’s not just about what we eat; it’s about understanding how our choices impact our well-being.

Due to life’s busyness and accumulating responsibilities, such as parenting and/or professional pursuits, it’s all too easy to neglect or underestimate the telltale signs that relate to our overall well-being. Age, too, plays a role. As we grow older, our bodies undergo changes that necessitate a shift in our dietary habits from what they once were. Often, we don’t realize what has happened until health issues arise and become unmanageable.

1 on 1 Coaching and Support Program
Starts with a zoom call.
- To discuss relevant paperwork to be filled out.
- How to log a daily food diary to submit.
- Discuss health issues and goals.

Once the paperwork has been completed, food journal submitted and payment received, we schedule a 60-minute zoom meeting where the details of your program are given and discussed. Your 12 weeks will start the day of the 60-minute zoom meeting, NOT before.
- Initial 60-minute Zoom session to include:
- Food diary analysis
- Meal plans based on eating preferences including healthier food substitutions and recommendations.
- Vitamin and Supplement recommendations as needed.
- Steps to begin working towards health and nutritional goals.
- Dietary macros setting and tracking (health and dietary goal dependent)
- Fitness planning goal dependent
- Any other relevant information
Ongoing 1 on 1 Coaching Support
- Scheduled zoom check-ins every two weeks
- Meal plans based on your food preferences with shopping list.
- WhatsApp support to address quick questions on the go.
- Fitness planning, programing and coaching to support good health.
- This is delivered through a fitness coaching app
- Daily check-ins via WhatsApp as needed.
- Lifestyle recommendation to help achieve nutritional and health goals.
- Nutritional adjustments based on bi-weekly check-ins.
- Macro adjustments based on bi-weekly check-ins.
